I’m John Lammers, and I started EpicTable after my old high school D&D group had a reunion game and realized we wanted back into the hobby. Nothing quite met my needs in terms of ease of use and in-the-moment flexibility. What I wanted was to be able to run my game with as little prep as possible and with the freedom to react when players went off the rails and did something unexpected…which was always.
